Breath shapes how we feel – fast, shallow breathing keeps us in stress, while slow, deep breaths calm the mind, restore balance, and boost overall health. These one hour classes use techniques inspired by the Wim Hof Method to help you consciously influence your body and mind.

You will be guided by an experienced facilitator and learn how to use your breath as a practical tool to release tension, boost vitality and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and with greater mental clarity.

One-To-One Coaching

Sometimes life asks us to pause, reflect and get a sense of direction. Whether you’re navigating grief, loss, a breakup, life transitions, or simply seeking a fresh start, I offer 1:1 coaching in a safe and understanding environment where you can explore your feelings, gain insight, and build a resilient, empowered mindset.

Sessions are 60 minutes, online or in-person. Together we will strengthen emotional and mental resilience, shift limiting patterns, address fears and blockages, and create practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity.  

My approach is intuitive, yet grounded in experience.  I listen and guide without judgement, and provide the support, and give practical tools needed for you to step out of your comfort zone.

The Wim Hof Method Workshops

Join a one day workshop (4 – 6 hrs) with certified Wim Hof Method Instructor Jolanie, to get expert knowledge, personal
guidance, and immediate feedback. Jolanie completed her training in Poland and The Netherlands, and currently resides in Greyton, South Africa.
